Confidence is a Muscle

As I write this I discovered that it is less than 100 days to Christmas and less than 50 to Thanksgiving!  Another year flew by!  The holiday season is when we begin to see the family and friends we possibly haven’t seen in a year or sometimes more and begin to be reflective over the past year.  What’s changed, what hasn’t, what’s worked and what are we still working on.

How would you feel if when you saw those family and friends again you had a transformation that exudes joy, love, peace and confidence?  No, I’m not talking about losing weight, or whatever big milestone event you have been waiting for.  I’m talking about learning to create a wardrobe that exudes your inner beauty! About being comfortable in your own skin. About looking and feeling fabulous no matter your size, shape or age!

Have you always wanted a closet that created ease in your mornings and eliminated the negative self-talk you have grown accustomed to starting your day with?  What if you only had the best choices to choose from? If you knew that every day, regardless of the events of that day, you would have the perfect outfit, what would your morning feel like then?  I know what you’re thinking… that would be great but that’s just not in the budget. What if I showed you how it could be?  What if I showed you how to transform what you already have?

Confidence is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.  Discovering your LIFEStyle profile will help you get started.  It gives you the kind of confidence that keeps you feeling grateful rather than comparing; it’s the kind of confidence that projects poise and strength.  Life is full of stressors or triggers that can send us into old habits and patterns of thinking.   But when we learn to focus on our gifts and inner beauty, we learn to shop for clothes that align with our innate energy and we immediately gain confidence. We have that inner peace, joy and love for ourselves.

Is it time to clean out your closet but it seems like a daunting task?  One that you put off because of the time required?  Here’s a tip, for the next month pay attention to the items you are wearing.  Start by making sure all the hangers in your closet are facing the same direction.  Then when you wear that item, turn the hanger the other way.  At the end of the month you will quickly see what you’re not wearing.  Be sure to take some time to evaluate why, perhaps it’s something you should let go of if you don’t feel confident when you put it on.

I would love to help you on your journey to make this holiday season less stressful and your new wardrobe exciting!  You can start by taking my quiz to help discover your unique style.  While you’re there, send me a message and let me know what you are struggling with, I would love to help.
