Katherine BurikKatherine Burik, founder of The Interview Doctor, Inc. Talent Leadership Edge, brings high energy, spirited human resource leadership to people issues that can make or break a growing business. The Interview Doctor improves people processes, particularly talent processes of finding and retaining the talent you need to grow your business.

In her previous life as Vice President or Director of Human Resources at several businesses in Chicago and Northeast Ohio, Katherine reported to the President and CEO, responsible for the entire array of human resource functions offering business solutions through people based problem solving.

Katherine is a Registered Corporate Coach and has been certified as SPHR. She holds a Masters in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago and a BA in History from Northwestern University.

Katherine is a sought after public speaker and the best-selling author of three books in the Job Seeker Manifesto: Job Search Marketing Plan, Resumes 3.0, and Tell Me About Yourself: Secrets to Strategic Job Interviews. She writes a regular blog about hiring, job search and people issues.
