Kraig Kann: Elevating You To Deliver a Personal Power Brand Message Using the 3 C’s

Kraig Kann, founder of Kann Advisory is my guest on this episode of the Soar to Success podcast.

He shared with us his three C’s. The first is commitment. Commitment to our own brand and the way we present ourselves. Kraig indicated it is also important to be committed to our staff, our family, and our clients.

The next C is connection. We need to connect quickly with every customer to gain their trust and confidence. It’s important to make them feel like they are cared about and not just because of their impact on the bottom line.

The final C is community. Kraig believes this will determine the longevity and the ultimate success of a business, or organization. Here’s what he had to say about this:

“We are only as good as the community that we can build. In my presentations I talk about having a ‘Paul Revere Mindset’. You need your followers, clients, employees and friends riding around on a horse, being an advocate for you. We live in a world where word of mouth marketing is more important than ever, because of social media. I would much rather have a bunch of references and testimonials than I would a big marketing budget.”
