You just moved into your new
apartment! All your boxes are
unpacked……but did you forget
one very important thing?
You might have a lot of stuff
in your new apartment or
you might have just the bare

you need renters insurance?
Nobody needs that, right?

everything that you move into

want it all back if there was
a fire or a pipe burst in the
building or it was stolen?

provides you a place to live if
something goes wrong in the
building you just moved into.
We have all seen the news
stories in the winter, showing
an apartment fire and all the
residents standing around in
the cold. If you have a renter’s
policy, you would be put up in a
hotel for the night and then the
insurance company would help
you find another place to live.
