Relational and Collaborative Ideals

You have just entered the transformation zone.  This no man is an island is the place where relational and collaborative expertise comes into being. What dream have you had ruminating in your heart whose time for implementation has come?  If you freed yourself to express that vivid vision, what would it look like and who could your vision attract to partner with you.

This realization came to me recently and as a result my company Cupp of Wisdom was born.  This company is an education company that trains others to live a life by design through laying a framework and building a legacy.  My primary client is real estate investors, brokers and solopreneurs who seek that dream yet need help achieving it.

This self-realization requires that I ask – who has the expertise and skills that I lack?  How do I let those who’s in?  I have this seed planted within me and to fulfil my purpose I must expand and allow others to become part of bringing it to fruition.

Be honest with yourself and inquire as to what tasks you enjoy and what tasks are outside of your skillset. Your number one goal is to bring the vision to life for others.   I realized that I love to gather information, experiences, and live out transformation and then share with others.  To do this I realized that allowing others to take care of important yet routine tasks such as bookkeeping would allow time to operate in my zone of my passion.  To share my vision in a way that attracts those clients who are seeking what I offer I enlist those creative minds in marketing and branding.

Don’t get stuck in the how.  Let go of the idea that it is a cost….and embrace the idea that it is in an investment. When you find a need be willing to hire, barter or partner.  Let me share a scenario with you.  My business keeps me constantly building content, leading masterminds, and teaching clients and while I can drive myself in accomplishing these goals, I realized that I needed to incorporate achieving my physical goals to be healthy and physically sound.  This is where Caleb Snyder appeared.  He is a personal trainer who trains in a philosophy called functional patterns.  He is a participant in one of my masterminds.  We mutually respect each other’s expertise.  Each of us focus on transformation into living our best life by design.  As a result, we created a barter relationship that created a win for each.

Becoming this transformational relational and collaborative self will challenge you to continually be aware that allowing who’s to be welcomed into your vision will result in making your dream your reality.
