Karen CuppKaren Cupp, Founder and Chief Facilitator of Karen Cupp Coaching, challenges you to answer these question; are you willing to commit to working on your business and not just in your business? Karen collaborates with small to medium sized businesses through facilitated peer advisory groups. As a facilitator, she challenges business owners to expand their potential through laser visioning and strategic focus. She uses business strategy to define clear, relevant and comprehendible initiatives to empower them to grow themselves. Pressing in to require a level of accountability Karen finds entrepreneurs rise to the challenge.

Karen is passionate about empowering small to medium sized organizations to reach their fullest potential. Karen has fostered business growth as a Kaufman Foundation Facilitator empowering local business to begin or expand in a Bootstrap seed grand program which delivered over $350,000.

Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach. She lives the motto of service above self in her lifelong dedication to organizations such as Toastmasters and Rotary.
