Are you in a position where
your company needs fresh
leadership? Are you looking
to add value in order to sell
your company or to shift your
company in a new direction?

changes that you’re seeing? Are
there different approaches to
customers? Are there different
sales approaches, perhaps
transitioning to more of a
hunter relationship for your
sales team than you have had
in the past? Partnering with
competitors is done regularly
today, but is that something
that you’re comfortable doing
moving forward? These are all
considerations as far as defining
what you expect your company
to look like in the future.
Thirdly
how do you want to
grow value in the next few
