Owning a technology business for 37 years has given me a lot of insight on how to be successful. One of the top things on my list? Accept help. When I first started back in 1986, there was no internet, no sharing of information, no peer groups. Sometimes it would take years before we would realize that an idea we had was just not going to work. All the time, effort and money we spent went up in thin air. What did we do? Lesson learned.
