SOAR TO SUCCESS / Book Recommendation THANK YOU VERY MUCH Gratitude Strategies to Create a Workplace Culture that ROCKS! By Lisa Ryan THANK YOU VERY MUCH gives you ideas to adapt and implement in your organization, regardless of your business type. What I found especially helpful was that each chapter contains action ideas broken into three categories: Individuals, Management, and Organization. I appreciated that the book started with how to incorporate a gratitude practice into the reader’s own life. The author’s idea to have three distinct practices: a gratitude journal, wins journal and ABC’s of gratitude was something new to me and I implemented that immediately. You’ll find this book to be a quick read, but don’t go too fast. Be sure to study the Gratitude Strategy Action Ideas at the end of each chapter. If you want to take your business and yourself to the next level of success quickly and easily, read this book! I found it extremely helpful.
