But you should fall in love with your clients.” ~Jay Abraham, Getting All You Can Out of All You’ve Got Can you think of any marketing technique that is more effective than genuine, sincere concern for your prospective and existing clients along with a true desire to assist them in solving their problems and/or satisfying their goals? I can’t! In fact, I just heard of a company that had a customer appreciation event where they, in addition to the activities at the event, took the time to speak to each client individually, asking them about their experience with the service they provided. They treated them with such warmth and gratitude, that those former clients walked away feeling really valued. In the coming weeks, they received three times the number of referrals that they normally get. If you currently could use more clients/customers, be grateful for thoseyouhavenow, staypositiveandoptimistic and make a list of everything that you love about your customers. List everything you can think of and review that list daily. Then look at that list and see where you are not doing those things yourself and START!
