It’s very lonely being a business owner, it’s nice to have a group of people to support you.” In September 2018, Darlene was awarded the Partner of the Year Award from The DiJulius Group at their annual Customer Service Revolution Conference in Cleveland. She was recognized as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business Notable Women in Entrepreneurship 2019 and was also honored in 2012 by National Association of Women Business Owners, Cle- veland as one of the Top Women Business Owners of Northest Ohio. Darlene maintains a balance in her life by engaging in a variety of activities including ballroom dancing and shooting guns. “I trained with a former Navy Seal for two years, and I love it. I also enjoy hiking, cooking and creating crafts.”
