(Howwill youthinkoract inthe future because of this experience? Future ) Consider broader implications of the experience and apply it to learning. Be aware to strike a balance between realistic, SMART goals and openness to spontaneity and change. An example may be “What do you want to start doing that will grow your business in 2021”?
