In the same way, our bodies are designed to move. Let’s take a look at simple chakra movements that can bring balance and overall health and well-being for you. When viewing the inner makeup of the human body, you see how it is designed for movement. So, let’s review each of the chakras or energy centers and movements that may be used to bring balance and renewal to the whole system. We begin with the Root Center, located at the base of the body and governs the legs, feet and adrenals. One example is to move your feet – heel pop, duck walk, rock around the clock. Movements for the Sacral Center, which is locatedbelowthenavel, includes hip bumps, hip circles plus more. These DUH JUHDW WR NHHS VWUHQJWK DQG ćH[LELOLW\ in the lower back.
