E veryone has a different approach to life. We all have gifts, attributes, tendencies, values, features and unique assets. Our natural approach to life, such as how we problem solve, take action, and interact with others, is a direct result of our innate energy. It’s what we convey to the world around us, even though we may not even be aware of it. What most people don’t know is that we can tap into our inner beauty, maximize our innate energy to build confidence, and communicate this through o ur unique LIFEStyle™. Understanding how this style drives our thinking and behavior, we can then use it to tell a story through ou r image and improve our execu tive presence. The LIFE part of LIFEStyle™ is an acronym representing four basic styles. Each represents a specific energy style with defined tendencies. We have our own combination of the four; that’s what makes us unique. However, our approach to life most often will be seen in one. For example, something as simple as how we respond when someone says, “tell me a little about you” can be an indicator of our preferred style. Here is a very brief description of each: L = Laughter. Full of life and high in energy, their greatest value is having fun. I = Information. Gracefully moving and connecting, their greatest value is comfort for self and others. F = Focus.
