You can do something more natural with your essential oils by creating a bath salt that can bust away your stress soothing muscles and giving relaxation. Begin with a 2 oz glass jar or container. You can purchase these or reuse something like a baby food jar. Next, use your base salt such as Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt or Epsom Salt.
